7 Steps To Avoiding Alzheimer’s Disease

  6. Increase Leptin intake. High levels of the energy-regulating hormone leptin were associated with lower rates of Alzheimer’s disease in a study which appeared in the Journal of the American Medical Association. While it is a fact that we are not yet able to claim that it is possible to prevent this dreaded decline in mental function and ability it is nonetheless pertinent to point out that if the 7 steps above are followed there is a  very good chance of avoiding Alzheimer’s.
